Antique metal toys?

I found a metal wind-up car, and some other metal toy, kind of a mobile or something. Not sure what it is…
Is there someplace in Canada (or US) that does good toy restorations or a listing of antique toys so I can figure out what this thing is?
I found an old toy plane in a wall I took down, I looked on e bay for simular toys and I found the exact one. It had lots of info about it and also told me the thing was only going for about 15 bucks
