  6. rat poison and moth balls. The only issue is that the moth balls stink up the car. Best case scenario is to use mothballs around the car and not in it.

  7. My neighbour swears by sprinkling "napthalene" flakes around. He reckons it gets into their whiskers and they don’t like it. Personally the stuff stinks and your car will be very pungent.
If you have a friend with a terrier kind of dog, why not borrow it every now and then and let it run about in the car snuffling for the mice. Once the car gets a bit of mouse-hunting doggy scent in it, I’d say the mice might look for a new home.

  8. Mothballs or fabric softener sheets. If you use mothballs, don’t put them inside the car because you will never get that smell out of the car. Lay them on the ground around the perimeter of the car.

  9. Put mice and rat killer in the whole car and spread it around your house so if there in your house looking for food it’ll kill the problem so they don’t get in the car.

  11. Make or buy bait stations that you can put poison in so the mice can eat the poison in one spot only. Your local pest control company should be able to help. Don’t use pellets as they can be moved and stored by the mice. Bait blocks are best. Mice can fit thier bodies through an opening as small as 1/2 inch so sealing the car is next to impossible. You could use snap traps baited with peanut butter as well.
